Refunds & Returns
At Āhua, every product is made with intention — hand-crafted in small batches using pure, natural ingredients. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns once products have been opened or used.
If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at monique@ahuaskin.co.nz with your order number and a photo.
